About Olivia
I am a Personal Injury Paralegal at Ison Harrison, supporting clients across a range of complex and sensitive matters, with a particular focus on claims brought under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).
Many of the cases I work on involve serious and often deeply personal issues, including sexual assault and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), especially in the context of military service. I recognise the importance of approaching each case with compassion, discretion, and professionalism. Building trust with clients and responding to their individual needs is at the heart of my work.
I am committed to keeping clients informed at every stage of the claims process and ensuring their questions are answered promptly and clearly. By providing practical support and a respectful, client-centred service, I aim to help individuals feel supported and empowered throughout their legal journey.
